Why did Michael Jackson done lot of plastic surgeries?
Why did Michael Jackson done lot of plastic surgeries in his life time. Any reasons behind his plastic surgery?
apparently, he’s only had a few; for his nose. He had breathing problems and so he had to have a few plastic surgeries for his nose. Apparently the reason for why he looks differently all the time, is just that he has changed his style, so he looks different.

It started just after his accident about 1983 when his hair caught fire and burnt his head.

Because he had a distorted self-perception. He had his first rhinoplasty when he broke his nose when he fell during dance training. And it wasn’t done well, leaving him with breathing problems, so he had more done and didn’t really know when to stop. His father made fun of his big nose when he was small. His old plastic surgeon said too that he needed to have skin cancers removed from it and that messed it up as well. (When you have Vitiligo which destroys skin pigment, it also leaves you more vulnerable to skin cancer and burning because you don’t have the natural protection against it.)
I’ve no doubt he had more done though. It looked like he had his chin, lips, cheekbones and eyelids done. The skin beneath his eyes looked pulled down so much I wondered how he could blink properly.
I think he looked okay before it all, or just in the early stages. I don’t know what he was trying to be like – some mish mash of old Hollywood film stars maybe.
When he was a kid he was cute little Michael of the Jackson 5 and when he shot up quickly and his looks started changing, people would actually meet him and ask ‘Where’s little Mike?’ When he told a young female fan ‘It’s me.’ she looked disgusted. Basically, he would do anything to look ‘cute’ again and get back the love and attention of the audiences.
Sad really that he did all that to himself. And I think that later on he would have regretted it.
* I agree too, when he got burnt and needed surgery to fix that is when he really started going overboard. I think it was Hoefflin who treated his scalp and who went on to become his regular plastic surgeon. He also greatly changed the looks of Ivana Trump.

the forensics say that he had around 13 plastic surgeries to his face but he didnt do anything about his skin color i believe he changed because of vitiligo.And you know i dont really believe that he had so many surgeries.I mean once somebody does a plastic surgery he needs time to recover but MJ was always in the public eye he had lots of work during that period.He just wouldnt had the time to recover.

he only had 2 he said
the first time he got one around 1979 i think because he broke his nose during rehersal. A few years later he found he had trouble breathing and got another nose job, and also so he could hit higher notes

i dont believe he did alot of surgerys! and i think he looks absolutely fine! anyways, the reason why he had his first nose surgery was becuz he broke it on stage, and he had a second one becuz he was breathing weird and also to hit higher notes. and thats how it all started.(: and if Michael wanted to get plastic surgery no matter how many times he did, i could careless becuz he is wondeful and giving! also i dnt think anyone should be judged by the way they look! i think people should get to know how they are and why they look a certain way, then they could judge. and im not saying you did judge him. im jus saying this jus cuz lol

No one will ever know exactly but I think that, his father used to tease him about being ugly, and as a kid, he said he’d rather have worn a mask than show his face in public on stage. That is heartbreaking because he was beautiful.
He broke his nose and had to have his first nose job, which then went wrong so he had another to fix it. That’s already two. Then he got the skin disease, which made him look even more different, eccenturating the plastic surgery, although we will never know if he had anymore. The lightned skin made him look so different people just assume he did.
He may have become obsessed with trying to perfect his face and in the end, he admitted he had ruined his face (what a horrible thing to think).
I think what is more important though, is not so much that he did it, but why he did it and what demons drove him to that operating table to be put under so much pain time and time again. He was a tortured soul. He was painfully shy and had no self-esteem.
He was constantly under the spotlight in which the public was appearance obsessed and in that world, you are expected to look perfect. The media tugged at every little insecurty, as it does now, and made him feel even worse about himself. It’s such a shame he could never see what the rest of us did – a beautiful human inside and out.

I think it was because his father kept on saying he had a big nose!
Then Micheal probaly thought that he looked really ugly!
So then he did plastic surgery!
IOn rolling Stone magazine, they said that micheal didnt have a nose anymore! He just had a stick on!

Michael Jackson only had three surgeries done, the source of me saying that is from his autobiography "moonwalk" He said he did his nose twice and he depend his cliffed chin. He has never done is eyes or his checks or anything else. I think that he did his nose because of all the years when his fathered told him he was ugly and he had a big nose, but the dimple in his chin, I think he just thought it looked better. The reason his face is so much more defind is because after Off the Wall he became a vegatarian and changed his diet whiched caused him to lose a lot of wieght. Which showed off the famous Jackson check bones and defind chin. Lets face it every member of the Jackson family has a defind chin and high check bones. I think its unfair to look back at pictures of him when he was still a teenager and when he still had some baby fat on him and say "oh look he looked totally differnt" In my opioin he was always a handsome man, up until the day he died, and if you are a true fan and you look carfully at his face it really had not changed all that much over the years.

Well in some interviews that he has done before he said that the only surgery he has done on his body is his nose because of what his dad use to tell him when he was smaller…Other than that 1 plastic surgery he didn’t have anymore…And I believe him…Because I can’t say if he had other surgeries unless he said it himself…
