Unless you are a trendy punk f$%khead buy this CD. It rules!!! My fisrt Dk album i got it in like 1990 when i was like 12. I love it!!

This album is a rerelease of the Dead Kennedy's original release. Jello Biafra does not receive a dime for this record, though he wrote most of the lyrics for DK. Make your own call, but if you're going to buy the album, look for the original label - Alternative Tentacles.

The best hardcore album of the 80's regardless of the legal problems.the more I read about the whistle blowers at Alt. Tenticles and how Jello used the bands money to start his solo work and become head of his record company (gotta love any CEO right Jello{U TOOL}) the sicker I get. Buy It anyway it still speaks volumes.Who knows who is telling the truth?I Don't but I've been lied to my whole life..
