hey you can buy at coastalscents com! they ship to EUrope, and it s said to be pretty fast. be careful with ebay there are many imitations produced in china.. i m not sure I’d go for them ingredient/product safety wise!

You can o nly buy them online from coastal scents or look for 88 neutral palette on Ebay(where I got mine) but be careful as there are a couple of types of the neutral so make sure you have a picture of this one to go by. Hope you succeed
