Where can i buy a professional cosmetic brush kit?

Well i want to buy a brush kit that has all the brushes where can i buy it? I was planning to go to downtown L.A to buy it, But do they have good quality brushes here is a good place to buy brush sets that won’t brake my bank??

    I’d definitely reccomend Sephora’s brush kits. They’re pretty good quality and very professional, and aren’t outrageously expensive or anything.

    Um does it have to be in a store or do you want to order online. Anyway I have brushes from all these places and I love them all.
