Is Aveda skincare and cosmetics makeup any good?
I currently use Aveda for my shampoo and haircare, and I was going to try thier skincare and makeup, but I want to know if they are any good. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and normal cheeks. I heard Trya Banks uses Aveda, so it must be good?
aveda is a high quality line
but everyones skin is different
i would definetly recommend trying it for a few weeks and if it goes with your skin nicely stick with it

Do you think in some cases cosmetic surgery can be a cure for low self esteem?
For instance for someone who was born with a deformity, or a burn victim. Realistically these people are most likely going to feel self conscious about their abnormal appearances, so if they could correct them that might possibly restore their self esteem.
In my case, I think it would restore my self esteem. Even though I don’t have a deformity I don’t like how I look but I do like the person I am inside. And yes it is enough for me to love myself inside and I get by on that just fine. But when I look at photos of myself I cringe at my appearance, at the same time I reassure myself that looks are not that important. But I think that it would be nice if I could just get my nose ‘fixed’, then both parts of the self esteem would be balanced the physical and the mental.
I think you should start by removing the cat ears and whiskers before you move onto the nose.

why is there so many saudi women getting plastic surgeries?
i work as a nurse here in saudi. i noticed that we have a lot of plastic surgery cases. so, i had my little survey and i interviewed these patients. most of them told me that they are having this kind of surgery ‘coz they are going to get married. so i was wondering, is it really a necessity to have a boob job, nose job or a lipo just to get married?
and also i thought, why would they have to get this kind of surgery if they’re just going to cover it with abaya?
i hate it when women change because they are getting married
they are in so much presure to look beautiful not realizing that if your husband didnt accept the way you look then he doesnt deserves you cause their goal is just to get married
god created us and made us beautiful. we might think that we’re ugly so will others
but there will always be someone that will see you and think your the most beautiful even if the majority thinks your not
i personally would never do plastic surgeries and i rather die i learned something this year which being able to accept yourself is a blessing i learned that cause people keep annoying me about the fact that i should do my hair and i should put make up hey just because im a girl doesnt mean i have to kill myself to look acceptable i dont care if im the ugliest person as long as i dont have a crappy personality
cause beauty fades so if you didnt accept your flaws no one will
life is short why not take good care of our interior beauty
trying to be a better person
but my guess is these kind of women are brainwashed by their parent being told you have to obey and you have to look beautiful and do whatever it takes
but never ask themselves if its worth it
for most it is, living in a society where an unmarried woman is judged and believed that something’s wrong with her, they pity her
sad isnt it?
Does anyone know a dentist that would be willing to exchange cosmetic dental services for billing services?
I am a billing consultant with 15 years experience and will exchange my services for dental work.
Well that may depend on the amount of work you need done and the area you are in. I would suggest you create a form letter and send it to your top five picks in your area. You never know what could happen, and you sure wont know if you do not ask.
If you are thinking about dental implants check out this link that has some information on choosing a dentist.

how cheaper is the MAC Cosmetics makeup cost at a CCO outlet store?
i want to go to a CCO Outlet here in northern california. I was wondering if it is cheaper? please let me know if you have bought MAC Cosmetics makeup from a CCO outlet store. Do they have a wide range of selections to choose from. please let me know thanks
Well at the CCO they have Mac’s previous collections and discontinued items, usually on the internet the Mac cosmetics products from older collections are sooo expensive but they have the old collections at the CCO for like 30-40 percent off.
I went last week and found Heatherette beauty powder for 10 bucks, all the Hello Kitty lipglosses for 7 bucks each, and Hello Kitty Tippy blush for 8 dollars.
so I got all that for 46$
and that would cost like 150$ on the interent
lol i love cco
What is the best cosmetic procedure you have ever done? Laser, botox etc?
What is the best cosmetic procedure you have ever done and why?
It’s actually kind of hard for me to choose between the two.
Until yesterday, I would’ve said laser hair removal, without a doubt. I had it done on my underarms & bikini. I have really sensitive skin & had a few ingrowns so bad I had to go to the ER. Very bad. So for me, laser hair removal wasn’t just a vanity issue.
But Botox may end up being more than vanity, too. I recently started getting INTENSE, constant pain from TMJ. I’ve had botox before, but nothing major. Then I read about it being used for TMJ pain & asked my doc. I’ve gone from not being able to think straight, to pain free (without tearing my stomach up with pain meds).
I’m a big fan of both, but without the headaches issue for me, I’d say the laser hair removal.
Does anyone know which type of cosmetic brushes are the best to use?
Im ordering a 20 piece cosmetic brush set off ebay but want some really good quality ones without spending too much. If they are natural bristle does that mean they are good quality. Any help or suggestions?
Personally i think mac has great brushes for affoardable price. But i think saving your money to get good brushes are better, they can last a long time with good care. Get a set for home use and get a smaller one for your handbag.
I think the best brushes are from shu uemura, mac and stila. shu uemura has three categories based on hair quality and desired finish: Synthetic, Natural and Kolinsky" check out their website.
